Customer Use
Customers using our translation services from www.translatetexttoday.com must provide us with a written statement outlining the purpose of the translation. In the absence of such a request, the translation will be considered for informational and comprehension purposes only. Explicit written requests for the translation to be treated as the final document must be communicated at the time of purchase. Translate Text Today cannot assume responsibility for translations being inaccurate if the purpose of the translation was not communicated prior.
Translation Quotes
Quotes for translations, provided by Translate Text Today, depend on the customer's individual request. The accuracy of quotes relies on information supplied by the customer, including material description and the intended purpose of the translation. In case of insufficient material description, Translate Text Today reserves the right to adjust the quotes accordingly.
Payment
Payments must be fully compliant with these Terms. Failure to adhere may result in the suspension of work. Payments are processed through a secure external system, and completion of payment is required before receiving the translation.
Payment will appear on the customer’s bank statement under TTTPEL, Kenya.
Refunds
Refunds are considered in exceptional circumstances, and discretion lies solely with Translate Text Today. Refund requests for work significantly deviating from the original order can be made within three days of receiving the work, with refunds taking up to 10 days to reflect in the customer's bank account.
Age Restrictions
In accordance with our commitment to responsible practices and legal compliance, customers engaging with Translate Text Today services must be over the age of 18. We are unable to provide translations or services to individuals under the age of 18. By accessing and using our website, you affirm that you meet the age requirement. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their translation service request with Translate Text Today at any time before the commencement of the translation process. A cancellation fee may apply if the cancellation occurs after the translation process has begun, determined based on the progress made on the project. Translate Text Today reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the work completed up to the cancellation point. Requests for cancellation must be communicated in writing via email or through our official communication channels. Once a cancellation request is received and processed, any fees already paid will be refunded accordingly, minus the applicable cancellation fee. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs while maintaining the efficiency and quality of our services.
Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the law. Disputes must initially attempt resolution by each party, with legal involvement if necessary, taking place in the courts where Translate Text Today resides. Customers agreeing to these terms acknowledge the specified jurisdiction for any legal action or proceeding.
Liability & Indemnification
Translate Text Today is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services. Customers assume all risks and agree to indemnify Translate Text Today from any claims or damages related to product or service use.
